Can’t Sleep? Try this Gratitude exercise…

If you have trouble sleeping and find yourself ruminating and worrying in the dark of night, give this exercise a go – it might be just what you need to get you back to sleep – a peaceful sleep.

Go through each letter of the alphabet and come up with something or someone you are GRATEFUL for. ie: Autumn, Beauty, Christopher, Don, Electricity, Fridge full of food, …..Xrays, Yummy Chocolate, ZZZZZ…..

It is more focused than simply counting sheep and has a feel-good factor that works!
